• log in to the Datto Web portal with an existing account.
• Click on the Configure tab and choose the Device Settings option.
• Scroll down to the Local Users section.
• Click on the Add User button.
• Enter the Username and Password as needed.

You should leave by default the Web Access option marked, to allow access to the web portal locally, and the Permissions to access all the options.
