Perform these instructions:

1. Uninstall Datto Windows Agent from the machine. 

- Please open Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features and uninstall Datto windows agent

2. Restart the machine.
3. Install ShadowSnap client downloading it from this link:  http://www.hexistor.com/downloads/shadowsnap-installer.exe. 
4. Restart the machine one more time.
5. After the installation is complete, open Windows Services and restart the following services and ensure that each one is able to start/stop:

- ShadowProtect Service
- Storagecraft Raw Agent
- Storagecraft Shadow Copy Provider
